A CLOSER TASTE
About the dish
Vegetables with herbs and house-made suzma work well on a shared table. Alternate the vegetables with the sauce and choose your own combinations. The menu lists a 510 g serving; ask the restaurant team about the exact vegetable selection before ordering.
Flavour and serving
House-made suzma lets you build different combinations from one plate. Taste the vegetables by themselves first, then with a little of the cultured dairy accompaniment.
This plate is useful when guests choose different mains. Vegetables and suzma become a shared accompaniment between meat, poultry and other starters. Unlike a prepared feta salad, it lets you decide how much dairy accompaniment to add to each vegetable. For a larger group, check the selection first, then decide how many portions to order.
What to try alongside
Serve the vegetables alongside shashlik or meat delicacies. When sharing, consider the serving size together with the number of other starters on the table.
Try it with
If you have a food allergy or intolerance, tell your waiter before ordering. Ask the restaurant team about the full ingredients and possible substitutions.
